      Yes, they asked about the details of each experience I mentioned in my CV and cover letters which generally follow the STAR structure. There was also a question about how I would be able to stand out from other applicants.

      No

      Somebody had to be informed about the UK university grading system and the International Baccalaureate……

      There were no particularly difficult questions…

      The interviewers were more friendly than what I have thought them to be.

    Be clear of what you want to emphasise, because in a phone interview it is highly likely that most details will be missed. Plus, this interview was done in Korean and English.
